Research has shown that exposure to nature and greenery can help to reduce stress levels and increase productivity, creativity, and overall wellbeing.

Incorporating green spaces into office design can help to create a more pleasant and welcoming environment for employees, which can lead to increased job satisfaction and employee retention.

By investing in indoor plants and green spaces, companies can demonstrate that they value the health and wellbeing of their employees, which can also help to attract and retain top talent.

Overall, bringing plants and green spaces indoors is a simple and effective way for companies to create a healthier, more pleasant, and more productive working environment for their employees.

The Concrete Jungle Doesn't Have to be Grey...

The Demand for Greenery:

A lack of green space in urban environments is contributing to feelings of isolation and demotivation among city dwellers, according to research by Biotecture, a Mitie company. 66% of those surveyed wanted more botanical beauty in their area. 51% said there was not enough investment in urban greening, and 43% believed there was too little space for nature.

While 79% said they enjoyed urban living, 67% would consider moving to a greener suburb or the countryside to enjoy nature.

The results of this survey suggest that people are increasingly recognizing the importance of green spaces for their well-being and are calling for action to address the issue.
